First class mail takes about 3 to 4 days to reach destinations in the lower 48 states while Priority is a day less. Express mail will reach most destinations in one day but it depends on the destination and SECAC's processing time. International air mail and Media mail may take up to two weeks. Our processing time is normally one business day but in some cases we can get an order shipped the same day if it is Express. Contact us for more information.

Returns

Your satisfaction with our products is very important to us. Resolution of technical support issues will be prompt. Defective videos are rare but if found they are eligible for replacement or full refund within three months of sale. Any video may be returned within 25 days for refund of the cost of the item.

SECAC omnimedia does not sell any information we collect to third parties. None of the vendors that we contract with for credit card handling or shipping are allowed to do anything with your information other than provide the required service.
