Western Winter Blast 15 Fireworks DVD

The 2004 Western Winter Blast DVD by SECAC omnimedia is 142 minutes long and features pyrotechnic displays by

  • Crazy Debbie's Fireworks
  • Bill Page and Silverado Fireworks
  • The P.I.T. Crew
  • Thundercat Fireworks
  • Premier Pyrotechnics
  • Pyro-Spectacular's San Diego Fireworks

as well as the member's showcase, Bill Zuber's Ghost Mines, the jet engine flame effects device and great highlights from open shooting.

SECAC omnimedia brought a total of three cameras to Western Winter Blast. Two of the cameras were high grade Sony VX2000 cameras that produce the extremely sharp DVD quality image with vivid colors that our videos are famous for. Our wide-angle lenses caught the extreme scope of the Pyro-Spectaculars show on Sunday the way no other video could.

As the pictures on this page demonstrate, the video of these shows is breathtaking. This is the best fireworks DVD done by SECAC yet.


Caveats: We had some focus trouble with one of the cameras during the first part of the public display and of the close up shots we were able to use, the focus is a bit soft. The same problem re-appeared during the first member's showcase section. We used the other two backup camera angles during these sections.

Another note, we present all of the displays in their entirety except for Thundercat 1.4G demo. We dropped 30 minutes of this unexciting demo to make the video fit on one DVD.
