All items ordered through the website will be shipped within 5 weekdays. Most items ship within two days.

Your satisfaction with our products is very important to us. Replacement of defective videos or resolution of other technical support issues will be prompt. If a defective video is found it is eligible for replacement or full refund within 60 days of sale.

All videos may be returned within 25 days for refund of the cost of the item (shipping is non-refundable unless the video is faulty).

SECAC's regular business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Billing and technical support questions are welcome at any hour, though. You can contact SECAC by mail, phone or Internet email message.
